CUSTOM FILTERING & DELIVERY SERVICES

This optional program does not include online access! All rentals will be extensively filtered by Rental Data Customer Service and reported to you by telephone, fax or email.  All of your individual rental preferences must be defined through personal conversation with RDB Support Staff after your subscription is setup.

Filtering
Produce extensive personalized results by applying filters to any of the following report fields: Bathrooms, Garage, Fireplace, Fenced Yard, Sq Foot and Year Built.

Keyword filters can be used to produce rental ads which contain special words such as: acre, pasture, horse, barn, shop, outbuilding, secluded, private, wooded, lease option, rent to own... whatever!

Source Dates can be filtered so that you never get the same rental twice, because some rentals do not rent immediately and they will otherwise continue to show up every time you check your listings.

Phone Number filters can be applied to exclude specific landlords or Property Managers you do not want to apply with.

Custom Report Styles
Standard reports contain basic information displayed in typical internet appearance.  We will custom design a report to your standards, include or excluding any field name, and display field names in any order you prefer.

Reports can be generated as Text, CSV, Lotus 123, Microsoft Works, or spreadsheet versions to be viewed in software such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.

Delivery Options and Preferences
Delivery can either be to an email address or a fax machine.

No Login required. With Express delivery, (also referred to as automatic updates) the custom designed and filtered reports keep coming on a timely consistent basis.   New reports are generated and delivered to you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 3PM.
