What is Rental Data?
Rental Data is a search engine for rentals. We are not property managers or
landlords.
We have developed a simple yet extremely powerful tool to help renters find all
the
rentals on the market each day by searching dozens of websites, and public
resources.
Our search engine retrieves all the relevant information about that rental
property including contact information, standardizes the results and displays the information on a
private
webpage for the renter.
I'm a renter. What do I get if I sign up for the service?
Our Rent Easy Search Tool is available for renters to use on a subscription
basis as part
of a complete stand alone rental finding and matching service. Upon sign up,
each renter
specifies five criteria: area, size, price, pet preference, and dwelling type.
Rental Data
takes these criteria to determine which rental listings are relevant to the
renter (e.g.,
you won't see apartments if you don't want apartments, etc). Renters who
subscribe can
login with their username/password to see their matching listings at any time.

I'm a landlord or property manager. What does Rental Data do for me?
In short, Rental Data is FREE advertising for landlords or property managers.
If the rental you own or manage has been advertised online (rentals.com,
craigslist, your
property management's website, etc) it will most likely end up being processed
by our
search engine and provided to all the renters subscribing to our service. Your
property's visibility is increased when Rental Data is working. Post
a listing for free!
Why would I pay Rental Data to see rental listings I can find for free?
Finding rentals that match exactly what you're looking for is a time-consuming
process.
Renters use the Rental Data service because they realize the time we're saving
them.
Rental Data saves the renter time by constantly working to find a
custom-tailored renter-specific list of rentals everyday. Renters are not paying
to find the address or contact information on just a single listing, they're
paying for
a service that finds information for ANY rental listing that matches what they
are looking for. Many, if not most, renters have the time and energy to do their own rental
search. But when the renter's time is best spent doing other things (e.g. working
full-time,
finding a new job, moving from out of state, etc) Rental Data can help save
precious
time. Rental Data also works harder than the average renter - working 8 hours a
day
5 days a week to find rentals. Read comments from
satisfied customers!
How does Rental Data get rental listings for its database?
In addition to listings directly posted by landlords, Rental Data searches
rentals from hundreds of sources advertising available rentals. These include
craigslist, oodle, google, kijiji, rentals.com, newspapers, property managers,
private landlords and more. Rental Data examines these hundreds of websites on
an almost daily basis, continually updating and retrieving new rentals as they
appear on the market.
