Web Ad Authorization Form
I hereby authorize payment to Rental Data Bureau at the times and in the
amounts clearly specified on the Web-Ad order form. I acknowledge
receipt of services and also understand and agree to the following terms and
conditions:
Payment
Advertising must be prepaid by valid credit
or debit card and is nonrefundable.
Renewal
Advertising runs continuously and will
auto-renew each period until
canceled.
Cancellation
Call RDB Customer Service at 503-666-9529 to cancel
advertising. Once canceled, ads will be instantly removed from the RDB
Website. Ads canceled early will not be prorated. It is the
sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that ads are canceled prior to
renewal.
Content
RDB is not responsible for ad content.
Ad content revisions will be provided free of charge upon request.
